MEET YOUR COACH

After having my first boy in February 2020, it came as a shock to the system. My body was so different! I had diastasis recti, I have Symphysis Pubic Disfunction (SPD) and a slight prolapse.

After working hard post partum and losing the weight I had gained, working on my ab separation and also prolapse, I got pregnant again when Aesa (my first) was 5 months old and also found a new passion for pre and post natal fitness, helping other mums gain clarity in what to do and how they can feel amazing and confident in their skin again.
