12 Week Programme

Follow my 12 week post partum programme which progresses and pushes you over the 12 weeks. With 4 workouts per week to keep up with plus videos for every exercise my app makes it easy to use.

You now have the option to join the programme and go through at your own pace or join the coaching programme and get my support and coaching through the whole 12 weeks!

Healthy Meal Plans

The worst things for new mums is sticking to a restrictive meal plan. These meals are easy to make, easy to follow and will enable you to stick within your calorie goals, whilst also maintaining your milk supply.

 

 

 

 

Coach Support

Post partum is a very important time for recovery, if you choose the coach supported option you get my full coaching and support over the 12 weeks whcih includes weekly progress check ins to make sure you're progressing and getting results.

  • Safe for c-sections - please make sure you have clearance from your GP to begin exercise before joining
  • You need to strengthen your pelvic floor and reconnect your abdominal muscles
  • You would like to lose your baby weight and properly train your stomach again so we can pull your waist in
  • You need structure and help with organising working out and eating well to lose weight - just give me 30 minutes 3-4x per week and I'll transform your body

This programme is safe whilst breast feeding, safe post c-section and vaginal delivery (as long as you have clearance from your Dr first).

Even if your baby isn't a baby anymore but you would like to get back into exercise, work on your pelvic floor, strengthen your abdominals and finally lose the baby weight you never got round to before then this programme is for you!

Your Programme

Over the 12 weeks your programme progresses to challenge you. You have 3 workouts for the first 2 weeks, then 4 workouts after that to complete plus a steps goal.

Your meal plan is daily and changes every 2 weeks with a new recipe book every 4 weeks to help you.

All you need to do is follow the schedule! It really is that simple.

I can’t wait for you to join my 12 Week Post Partum Mumma Programme!

After having my little boy Aesa February 2020, my body felt so different, it was much weaker, I had diastasis recti and have also suffered slight prolapse due to being induced and having ventouse delivery. Now pregnant with my second I'll have two boys just 14 months apart! I stopped exercising around 30 weeks pregnant due to symphysis pubic dysfunction (SPD), which still affected me 3-4 months post birth.

After having Aesa, I started exercising again 6 weeks post partum, building core strength up first and progressing back into weight training and even running. I managed to get my abs nearly back together but didn't quite have enough time to sort the prolapse out!

Having a newborn, whilst running a gym and running an online business with a partner who also owns his own business and had to be back at work the same day Aesa was born was hard, I found I had to really manage my time, I've been so tired at times I thought I was sick and I've cried more than I ever have done this past year!

I know how it feels to want to get back into your old clothes, feel fit again, feel 'normal' again and not just feel like youa re drifting through each day and you've lost part of who you are.

You can get it back and I can't wait to show you and help you back there.

We aren't striving to 'get your body back' we are working on making you and  your body a better version than before.
