You don't have to worry about keeping up with anyone at all because you're doing it at your own pace and everybody is different. We all respond differently, some quicker, some slower and that's completely normal.

Over the 8 weeks you have my full support so we can tweak and adjust diet/training to suit you.

It's a flexible diet so to start with I'll set you your calories to follow and track in an app called MyFitnesspal. You'll also get a sample meal plan based on foods you currently eat and enjoy. Each week for the first 4 weeks you have a new recipe book with 30 recipes along with a 7 day meal plan to go with the recipe book.

As we go through the 8 weeks and you check in with me, we can adjust calories as and when needed to get results.

Each week in the 8 weeks you have 4x 30 minute real time workouts to follow at home and do at any time during the week. There is an option to add on classes at The Hut Gym in Potter Heigham if you are local to the area.
